Refund and return policy

At AOHAR, we want our customers to enjoy a smooth shopping experience. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days after receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
  • The item must not affect secondary sale.
  • The product must be returned with original packaging whenever possible.

Due to the nature of international shipping and fragile tea ware products, used items or products with signs of use are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Used products
  • Products damaged by human misuse
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Discounted or clearance items
  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective due to transportation, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery.

Please provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Your order number

After verification, we may offer:

  • A replacement shipment
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund

depending on the situation.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • For quality-related issues or shipping damage, AOHAR will cover the reasonable return or replacement cost.
  • For non-quality-related returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including original shipping fees and return shipping fees.

Please note that international shipping costs are expensive, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional processing time.

6. Refused Deliveries & Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.

Orders refused by the customer or returned due to incorrect shipping information may not qualify for full refund.

Shipping fees and related handling costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
